Hey Guys, I am posting for a client and I have one question really quick that me and my Panasonic Tech friend are stumped on. He is using a TVS-50 with auto attendant on a TD-816-5. When he puts call forward to outside line on his extension, it works fine if someone in the office dials his extension. But when someone coming in from the outside gets to his extension from the auto attendant, it picks up the second CO, dials his cell phone, waits for one ring, then cuts it off, so by the time he answers, there is nothing or anyone on the phone, and the caller gets sucked back into the TVS-50 and hears the Welcome message again as if the call never transferred.
