A kxt616 had a power glitch the other day (dual power outages) and it lost all of it's programming.
Now everything has been reprogrammed and seems to function BUT the flexible DSS buttons and feature buttons do not connect by one touch press. You must press intercom first, then the button (the co buttons work ok). This is on every phone. Some buttons are DSS, some are feature buttons programmed to call ext numbers, some are one touch dialing buttons. and They report that calls on hold appear to be occasionaly setting as exclusive hold. Not all the time and can happen on any phone. Anyone seen similar problems?
