You can't. MOH is when the KSU places the call on hold. When using an auto attendant, the TVS is supervising the call and thus places it on hold within the TVS. There is no audio path from the KSU to the TVS.
It would make sense for the TVS to PARK the call, then it would be on hold at the KSU and MOH would be heard.
