Hi All,
We just moved our old KX-T123211D out of the picture and replaced it with a
KX-TD1232-6. But now our TVS200 is giving us overly-loud, noisy, scratchy, crackly
voicemail prompts. Whether we call it from another extension or from an outside line
coming in.

We were only using two KX-TVS102 cards previously in Inband mode, but added a
KX-TVS204 card in the mix when we made the change-over to the new PBX. We moved the
KX-TVS102 cards to slots two and three on the TVS200. And put the KX-TVS204 card in
slot one. We also went into the settings of the TVS200 and changed it over to
KX-TD1232 and the TVS200 is now in D-PITS mode.

Other info: We're connecting the TVS200 to the KX-TD1232-6 on jacks 9, 10, 11 and
12 (starting on PBX jack 9 with ports 1 and 2 (both in the left-side jack) on the
KX-TVS204 that's in slot 1 on the TVS200). Which are setup as voicemail ports in the
PBX. And all eight TVS200 ports function fine as programmed - all except this audio
issue. 8-|

Everything is (almost) working perfectly; i.e. Everything rings; answers; and does
its job as expected. However, as stated above, the TVS200 is giving us overly-loud,
noisy, scratchy, crackly voicemail prompts. And it won't take DTMF input. (Probably
because its so loud and crackly it can't hear our touch-tone input.)

Murphy's Law. Something had to go wrong. It was all going so perfect. Up until...
:-\

Has anyone else seen this issue? Thanks in advance and Happy New Year!

Cheers,
Steve Diederich
