Turn off ALL prompts, not just user 1. DO THIS:
Get into mailbox 998 5 6 1 2 Follow instructions to turn off prompts: 248, 249, 250 & 819 Option to turn off: 818 & 585 (general delivery mailbox) This will take care of those unwanted greetings.
