Jeff: First check your class of service for the mailbox, and make sure you have the message waiting notification on. If it is turned off, you'll never light the MW lamp.
Also make sure you're integrated properly, APITS mode. All this will be for naught if that is not done. You'll have to re-install the voice mail if this is not done. Steve L.
