Intercept Routing No Answer (IRNA) This will direct an incoming call to a specific extension (165 for vm) if it goes unanswered for x number of rings.
IRNA is set per trunk group (409-day/ 410-night), and the number of rings is set in the timer section (203). charles ----- Original Message ----- From: "Richard C. During the day I had my four lines ring at each ext and if the call went unanswered it went to the TVS50 that had a Class of Service message for the day, something along the lines were busy press, 1 for etc, 2 etc,..and so on so forth. Now all my unanswered call just keep ringing and ringing...it is driving me crazy. I am using Programmator so where can I look to turn on the unanswered call features again for each ext and each line.
