Frank, Go into mailbox 999 and when setting up a mailbox make sure that the last item which say"ALL CALLS TRANSFER TO MAILBOX" make sure that it is set to "DISABLE" if it is set "ENABLE" the message waiting light will not turn on.....Good Luck David Nicholls
