Hi Group; I'm not sure whats happening but I sent messages to the group and they are not posted ...??? So here goes my question AGAIN....
Installed a new TD308 with an Active Voice Reception voicemail. Intercom calls to voice mail and I can touchtone through all menu options. Call in through the main number and voicemail does not respond to any touchtones. Connected incoming lines directly to voicemail and can touchtone through all menu options. Tried PGM 990 to add -3 DB with no result. When talking to outside caller, and the volume dial all the up, it is still hard to hear. Intercom calls are LOUD and clear. Have a 7400 display on x11, non-display on 12,15 and 16. Voice mail is on 13 and 14. Any ideas or a bad KSU?
