Joe, we do business installs and that would not be very practical in an office 
environment ;-)

years ago i did something like that thru a TV based cid box at home.  i don't think it 
lasted a day, gets pretty 
tiring.

if you insist, you might stop by office depot and buy one of the $20 att digital 
answering machines that announces 
the number and try it a day or two.  you can take it back if it's a pain, but if it's 
worth the effort, call a pano 
rep and let him tell you how to set up the tvs.  

sorry, it must be this texas heat, not trying to be mean...

btw, name announce would have to be many recordings in the tvs that play based on each 
number.  trying to text to 
speech the cid string would be a joke, especially since pano truncates it to 10 
characters ;-)
