Think I already know the answer to this one... We've got a small group of part time workers who share cubicles and computers and phones. I can assign each a phantom extension (haven't done this yet) for their voicemail box, but it would be nice if they could also have that phantom extension follow them around. :)
That is, if one of them sat down in cube, they could program the phone to be, say, extension 288. This way, if you know (or even if you don't) that Mary is in the building, you dial x288. Same with outside calls - they could go through the automated attendant, if enabled, and find Mary no matter which of the cubes she's in. Does anything like this capability exist in the KX-TD1232? Or is there another way to tackle this?
