I've changed KX-T extension numbers twice in my life and would rather chew razor 
blades than do it again. Patch panels make life much easier.

We've developed custom patch panels for the KX-TD systems that provide separate jacks 
for analog only, digital only, and analog plus digital in the same jack... for each
