Thanks Charles.  That's mostly what's happening.  When I dial each of the
following I get a password prompt from the voicemail system.  I've got each
voicemail port labeled, so when I dial

165, display phone shows  165:V. Mail 01
166, display phone shows  166:V. Mail 02
167, display phone shows  167:V. Mail 03
168, display phone shows  168:V. Mail 04
115, display phone shows  165:V. Mail 01
116, display phone shows  167:V. Mail 03

But dialing 215 or 216 just rings forever.  Dialing

215, display phone shows  215:V. Mail 02
216, display phone shows  216:V. Mail 04

So, I take it this jives with your explanation of 215 and 216 still being
available?  The displays of the V. Mail port labels 02 and 04 makes me wonder.
