I have set up a DID Translation table, and it sort of works (pressing * while a phone is ringing will show the assigned name for the called number). However, it will not ring the assigned extension. It's my understanding that DIL 1:1 takes precedence over DIL 1:N.
This is the situation: I'd like all calls to our main number to show up on CO1 - CO7 on phones. Incoming calls to a personal/emergency number should show up on CO8. Calls to a specific department's number should only ring on a specific extension. How do I do that?
