I have a double pole double throw relay that throws my business calls from 9AM to 5:30 PM each workday to an unused CO line that automatically forwards the incoming CO3 to a new number via CO1.
I installed the chip in the TD1232 PBX which improved the volume, however, I still have clients who are complaining they are having a hard time hearing me so I would like to look at some altertnaive black box solution or other alternative to transfer the calls outside the PBX since this is just not very satisfactory.
