Yes that was one of the first things I tried, but Forward to Outside Line doesn't work for DIL 1:N.
I also tried setting IRNA to that extension. That didn't work either. According to the features manual Call Forwarding - Outside Line only works for outside calls with DIL 1:1. The only other thing I can think of is using DIL 1:N with a delayed ring on an extra extension, run that extension back to a spare CO line and then have that CO line do DIL 1:1 to the extension that has been forwarded to the outside number. But that uses up two extensions and a CO line and I figured there had to be a better way. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Carl Navarro Sent: Sunday, October 19, 2003 6:22 AM To: Robert B. Is this even possible? What did you try? I'm guessing that you add a physical extention to the group, set it for delayed ring, then program the external call forward on it. The key to CF off prem is it HAS to be a port on the switch.
