There are six extensions in the group that need to ring. There is no voicemail, the goal is to transfer calls to a cell phone or answering service.
I tried my trick of connect a spare extension back to a CO line and using DIL 1:1 to the extension that is forwarded outside. It mostly works but doesn't disconnect when the original incoming call hangs up. Mike Sandman.com sells a call forwarding device that can answer a port, hook flash, and dial another number. How many extensions are in the group you want to ring? And is there voicemail on the system? You might be able to get the extensions to intercept to a mailbox and put call forwarding into a mailbox extension... I'll have to think about this one. I also tried setting IRNA to that extension. That didn't work either. According to the features manual Call Forwarding - Outside Line only works for outside calls with DIL 1:1. The only other thing I can think of is using DIL 1:N with a delayed ring on an extra extension, run that extension back to a spare CO line and then have that CO line do DIL 1:1 to the extension that has been forwarded to the outside number.
