Hi all. I have a TDA200 with approx. 45 "old" KX-T7531 phones and 10 KX-T7633 phones ( 2 DDS old model connected to 2 new phones at operator�s desk), 8 analog ext. and 1 TVP50 VoiceMail. The problem is now that after 1 week in service the system begins to hang on the digital ports, first starting with one ext.-ports after a day or two the next is hanging and so on. The meaning of hanging is as follows : You can�t ring to the ext. - a busy tone accours (both on ext-ext call and co-ext call. The "PROG" button has no function at all, nothing happens if you push this button. All calls from the ext. hanging is possible, ext-ext and ext-co will succed. The only things that can reset this error is to power the whole system down. Even not to take the cards OUS and unmount them and mount them again can reset this error. I have tried *790, same result = nothing happens( that�s a lie - "EXT Reset" comes up in display....(sorry)). I have replaced the whole TDA200 with all cards etc., the only thing thats not changed is the programming file DSYS. All other files on the SD-card has been replaced and upgraded. Pana Denmark says: Make a new prog file, Pana Sweden says : No no, there is nothing wrong with the DSYS-file....( they have been online to the PBX and Pana DK haven�t !!!! doooh, maybe there is something about the things they say in Sweden...I dont know...) ) Dear wise guys, help is strongly needed here. I feel really lost in space right now. (prob. someone can�t understand a word of my english(sorry �bout the spelling), but to write this in Danish would�nt help i suppose...)
