Sounds like a pain in the ass compared to what they're currently doing. :-) Most of our sales staff have their phones set up to pick up an outside line rather than going to Intercom. Does the account code have to be entered before getting an outside line? Can an individual station be programmed to send a particular account code when the preprogrammed "acccount" button or soft key ACCNT button is pressed? If the system is programmed to force users to enter a code for toll calls, what happens when they forget to enter a code and then begin to dial a 1-... number?
