Just subscribed. My SP-PHONE was working properly up until several weeks ago. Now when I press the SP-PHONE the sound comes very low when the volume is at maximum. When I take the unit to another extension it works OK. It probably has to do with the exchange KX-TSV100. Please reply Moshe
