We use a KX-TA624 with a TVS50 for voice mail. Our KX-TA624 has an upgrade card to add 8 more extensions but the last 2 ports (7 & 8 on first card and 15 & 16 on second) on each card are unusable with the system. I cant figure out why both cards are behaving this way, as I understand it only 15 & 16 should be used for the voicemail in this configuration so my thinking is that 7 & 8 should be usable. 7 & 8 can be used to dial out from, but the TVS50 says it is not a valid extension for an outside caller calling them.
