Now I'm even more "F" ed

I Set intercept routing to sta 213 (prog 409/410), and the intercept timer (prog 203) to 6 rings.

DIL 1:N 603/604 is set to port(s) 13,14,15 & 16 to CO's 01-04 6rings

I had trouble removing the DIL 1:1 in 407 & 408 settings so I set it to sta 109 instead of 213. Now I'm even more confused :-\

Now when I call in it doesn't answer until ring 6/7 BUT with sta 109's greeting.

Would it make sense to default the KXT and start over, or am I still seeing cockeyed and missed something else ??

Thanks

Don

I am installing an "old" KXTD1232 with a Voicegate Wizard VM/AA
Something is not right, and I can't put my finger on it..
I have jacks 13, 14,15 & 16 enabled as XDP (600)
I have jacks 13-2, 14-2, 15-2 & 16-2 assigned to EXG8 (602)
I have EXG8 set to VM
I have all C.O.'s enabled as DIL 1:1 (407 day & 408 night)
I have jacks 13-2, 14-2, 15-2 & 16-2 assigned to ring after 6 rings (603 day & 604 Night)

When I call in the Wiz answers on the first ring, which would be great, IF that's what the customer wanted!
However they want a live operator to answer , and use the Wiz as "back-up"

It's doing what you told it to :-)

DIL 1:1 means exactly that. Try removing it and let your DIL 1:N (603,604)
handle the call after the delay.
