to remove DIL 1:1 you clear the entry by pressing the TRANSFER button and then the STORE button...if you leave an entry in the DIL 1:1 it will overide anything programed in the DIL 1:N.. you should also set your no answer timer 202 to 3 or 4 rings ...this timer is for the extension call forward...then you need to set the INTERCEPT TIMER 203 to 6 rings if that is how long you want the incoming calls to ring before intercepting to the Auto Attendant.
