Hello; Most of the 500's I've installed have been pretty much because of overgrown 1232's, so they have been squared systems.
A customer growing to a 500 would like to have their ext appear more tha once on their phones. I'm trying to remember from class the quirks associated with this. They lose there intercom button function and something else I can't remember. Can they still have handsfree answer on intercom to the PDN button? Refresh my memory please.
