You don't need to use intercept routing for caller id. The voicemail has a 5
second delay already built into it to allow caller id to get through.
The TVS setting can be changed but if you haven't changed it then the
default is 5 seconds and that should be enough.

Then set dil 1:1 for the co's to 165.
