I do not remember a CID wait delay in the KX-TVS200. I do know that in night mode when our KX-TVS200 picks up all calls, we log no CID on the the two lines that have CID because the TVS picks up too early because KX-TD1232 DID can not delay one ring. Does anyone know if the earlier KX-TVS systems have a CID wait delay parameter?

ALso, don't forget to turn off the Caller ID wait delay inside the TVS-50...
Don't have my cheat sheet with me right now, but that one always nails ya.

Henry,

check DIL 1-1 day and night mode. 407/408
That should be to 165 for the AA to answer immediately.

check IRNA (intercept routing) day/night 409/410 for trunk group
 intercepting.
That should be to 165 for calls to go to AA after 3 or 4 or whatever
rings program and program 203 sets the number of rings for intercept
 (3 is shortest)
