A Panasonic dealer in Florida states that Programmator "may damage your system beyond repair... could (and probably will), cause voltage changes on internal components and actual damage to the motherboard and power supply. You void any warranty with Panasonic by using this software."
Many of our customers have been using Programmator for years without trouble. I am aware of occasional problems with Programmator (and Microsoft software, and Panasonic software, and lots of other software). I find it extremely hard to believe that software could do physical damage to a phone system, and certainly not damage "beyond repair." Have any of you ever encountered _actual physical damage_ caused by Programmator? (Not glitches or lockups that could be fixed with a reset or software revision). Pan's product manager said the dealer's claim about the warranty being voided is untrue. The manager of Panasonic's repair facility in Georgia says it's "IMPOSSIBLE" for Programmator to make voltage changes or cause any physical damage. Michael N.
