I have a client that swears that I programmed a system 7420 phone to not ring on intercom calls, but to still ring on external calls and now it seems to have happened to a second 7420 phone. I have told them that it is impossible for this to have happened, and when I replace the phone with a new phone everything works fine. And what is really strange is that the phone still rings on external calls and the speakerphone still works.
