Hi; I have a customer who wants to call into the system (TD500) to access paging and other intercom features. DISA card sounds like the answer...but info I've seen says that you put up to 4 outside lines into it and optionally use security to access any further. They have an auto-attendant voice mail, so can we hook up single line ports and xfer to them from the auto-attandant instead and still have the same intercom access features or do the lines HAVE to be direct dialtone?
