Hello,

We want to use one of our DDI numbers for a specific service
(a helpline) which one person can pick up, but once someone
is on that line, we don't want anyone else to call in.  If
we set the DDI to a group of four, then it will use as many
ISDN channels as we have (until all four group members are
budy), but we want a maximum of one call on that DDI at once.

Is there a way to set this ?
