the other day i was stuck at a cust site that had a tvs100

i was determined to find out why MY vt100 backspace wouldn't work! (you all said yours 
worked fine)
tried all the suspect keys, nothing but beeps (error), so searched the hd for the 
software manual and found it.  my 
emulator backspace can be set for hex 08 or hex 7F, of couse the deault was wrong, but 
a CTRL backspace will use the 
other code.  recoonected to the tvs100 and bingo, ctrl backspace blanked the setting.

of course, i had to find my last gprn save for the cust to replace what i just deleted 
;-)

nothing like fighting the tools.  oddly the adtran stuff works fine with the default 
vt100 settings.
