This will not be an issue when using the TDA line. 
You can transfer calls offsite and with the new
version 2 you can use the IP phones at your other
locations to answer calls coming from other locations.
 Full DSS and Voice Mail Message integration will also
be very useful on the IP stuff.  Imagine being able to
sit at home and handle all your KXTDA calls just like
being there!  Not sure if you can use any SIP or need
to use the pana IP though.  Have to wait and see.
