I have 2 scenarios I need help with guys. In one office i have 3 phantom extensions, the only problem is if someone is on their phone, the phantom does not ring, this is important because that is how all the calls are answered. Any way around this?
2nd Ques: I have 8 SLT phones hooked up in a telemarketing room. I want to know how to monitor them without them knowing that we are. I have the barge tone turned off, but i still have to hit the mute button immediatly or they can hear me in the background. Also the phones sometimes when you pick them up have a steady beep beep beep instead of the intercom dial tone. The phone then has to be hung up before they can pick up and dial 9 to get an outside line. any help would be appreciated.
