Hi- I have a hearing impaired customer who is having a rough time with his new KX-T7680 portable phones. He has 2 hearing aids and he gets a loud feedback type noise from his devices whenever he tries to use the phones. I know the phones are certified hearing aid compatible. I've tried lowering the volume on the phone- no difference. He says he can use other cordless phones fine. Does anybody have any experience with this type of problem?
