I've got a system with a Kx-TA624 (latest version rom) and a TVS-50. It is set so that calls unanswered after like 8 rings during the day and 2 at night go to the TVS.
What is happening is that on occasion (randomly) calls during the day are going right to voicemail after a ring or two. Also, randomly, the calls are answered (preumably by the voicemail system), the users get silence, and then the call is dropped.
Any ideas?
