I agree with you, I don't have a clue and this is definitely a
learning experience. I've got some OLD documentation on the TVS100, but
it's really hard to follow and does not look like it's for our version
of the system (yet that's what came with it...I love Ebay :( )
I'm trying to break the mailboxes up this way because we kind of
have 2 'companies' in our one office, in addition to some personal lines
for the owners house. Each company has it's own hunt group, in addition
to the 2 house lines. We need each company and the house hunt groups to
go into their own mailboxes. From what I've been told by someone else,
the TVS100 cannot do this easily, and making a hack to do it is a bit
involved, but the TVS110 and newer can. We are looking into selling our
TVS100 and getting a TVS120 or TVS125 now, and with the correct
programming books as well.
Thanks,

I agree with the other guys response. I suggest you get someone out
there that can set it up for you. From what I see here, no offense, you
don't seem to have a clue of how panasonic voicemail is setup nor do you
seem to have a set of books. Do one of two things. Read the books and
the instructions, or put a modem on the unit and send me what you really
want done, how many ports you have answer some questions about what you
need and I will do it from my PC. Why are you breaking it up
so?...etc...Brad

Hi all. Forgive me if I seem a little ignorant, but this is the
first time I've setup a voice mail system. I'm hitting a mental block
and cannot figure out how to do this. I'm trying to install the TVS100
in my office, and would like each person to have their own mailbox, as
well as a mailbox for 4 CO lines, a different one for 3 CO lines, and a
different one for 2 CO lines. I THINK I would have to make 3 extensions
on the PBX (KX-TD1232), each of which will ring for the correct CO
lines, then assign those extensions to their own mailboxes and add the
correct buttons on the phones that need to get to those boxes. Is there
an easier way to do this, or am I just correct in thinking this seams
like a little weird doing it like this?
Thanks,
