Have a system that was programmed in a very odd manner. After trying to straighten things out, I have this problem:
When a voicemail is left for a given phone, the message waiting light illuminates, but when you pick up that phone and press the message button, it does NOT go to the voicemail system. It displays some other odd numbers. If they dial 165, they can get the voicemail ok. Its just the button shortcut that isn't working.
Where is this set in the KX-TD816? Or is it in the TVS?
