This is a subject that's better taken to the kxtd group, but let me tell you my plumber story. We got to pay a $48 trip charge, and time-and-a-half for Saturday work (port to port), then a half hour of regular time for a follow-up service call (no trip). After 2 days without running water, it was not as painful as it seems, but I've ordered my own mask.
