This is a subject that's better taken to the kxtd group, but let me tell you my plumber story. We got to pay a $48 trip charge, and time-and-a-half for Saturday work (port to port), then a half hour of regular time for a follow-up service call (no trip).
CUSTOMER: "How much do I owe you? PLUMBER: "$182.75, please." CUSTOMER: "But you were only here for 15 minutes. That's more than I pay my doctor!" PLUMBER: "I know. I used to be a doctor."
