Question 1:
This might be a very novice question, but if someone is talking to a caller and
then transfers the call to another extension, the call will bounce back if it
isn't answered. Why didn't that extension's voicemail pickup? I want that
voicemail to answer.
It works when a call is initially answered by the auto-attendant and the caller
dials an extension - it will transfer and then go to their voicemail if
unanswered, as it should.
Question 2:
When there is no answer at an extension, I've noticed that the caller is always
prompted with "to leave a message press 1 ... to enter another extension press
* " Is there any way to just have the caller go to the voicemail recorded
message?
My equipment: KXTD-1232-7 and a TVS125
