BSP 463-221-100 covers the 107 'Spokesman' amplifiers, but my copy only shows 
the older 'A' version, which uses discrete
transistors. Pretty sure the 'B' version used an IC amp,  as indicated by the 
WE part number in the original post. If no one here
has it, you could try asking on the singingwires Yahoo group, or you could 
order a copy from Lucent for $11 + postage.
