I have a customer with a kxtd220 voicemail here in the USA. My problem is
this. The customer has a number of people answering the phone. The
extensions are in a UCD ring group. The customer does not want the calls to
go to any VM incuding the general mailbox 998. They want the call to be
placed on hold to the group until someone answers. How do I go about
changing the VM to do such a thing. I have the time extended out, but it's
not long enough. There are no voicemail boxes set up on the extensions. The
UCD works fine until the group is busy. How do I make it stay on hold with
music till a party answers. The system keeps giving me options and if
nothing is put in for whatever reason, the call says noone is available to
answer the call and hangs up.  Any thoughts?
