Is it just one extension or the whole td170 card that's dead. What phones
are you using? What position is your card in?  Brad

Usually ends up being the cord to the phone, or the jack on the wall,
but be double sure you have 2-pairs connected. The digital phone needs
that second pair.

The other thing is to be sure that extension wasn't programmed to be a
DSS console or a vm connection.
