Is it just one extension or the whole td170 card that's dead. What phones are you using? What position is your card in? Brad

The digital phone needs that second pair. The other thing is to be sure that extension wasn't programmed to be a DSS console or a vm connection. cp On 3/21/07, Nolan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hello > I have a KX-TD 1232 P101E60905E > I am running a total of 24 ext's (I have one KX-TD170 module) > The problem I am having is this: I punched down the extension and it worked for a little while then it went dead. I thought is was a bad connection but I have changed out the 110 block the 25 pair cable and I have punched down right to the 110 block coming from the ext card.
