Be sure your plug from the cable is secure. Sometimes the screw is out too far and causes the loss. Also see if all analog ports are working on the extension card. Brad

I thought is was a bad connection but I have changed out the 110 block the 25 pair cable and I have punched down right to the 110 block coming from the ext card.
