In the TVS, there are "extension groups", this is where a number of
extensions can share one mailbox. And if the mailbox has the same
number as the ICD group, I believe that the "follow on ID" will
automatically send calls overflowing from the ICD group into that box.
Then it can light mw lamps on any phones that are in the TVS
"extension group".

It should work.
