Guys,

 

We have not been able to determine if ALL phones are going nuts, but the
client can hear multiple phones. It sounds like I may need to map out known
'noisy' phones and determine how they are grouped on the ports. Also, this
only lasts a few minutes at a time and then returns to normal. Does this
seem like a logical t-shooting process: Visually check all ports at KSU for
bent pins; visually check all jacks on wall and phones for bent pins;
starting with known 'noisy' phones, detatch one at a time until problem
occurs again? Last step could last weeks! Thanks for the help so far!
