Typically the transmit pair is on pins 4&5 and the rec pair is 1&2. If the 
ckt does not work try swapping pairs1&2 with pairs 4&5. If you have a csu 
plugged into the PRI ckt. all you need is an rj45 patch cable to go from the 
csu to the pri card on the switch.Set your DID tables to match the digits 
sent by telco with the destination extensions.  You can put the pri in a trk 
group and dial the code for that group for the outbound portion. Assign a 
few trunk group keys on all the phones and you are pretty much done. Hope
