Follow up with continuing problems.
Tested all ports from the back of the VoIP modem from Cablevision. Was NOT
able to get FLASH to work using a single line phone.
Cablevision came to check it out. They called me a few times and tried to get
it to work and could not ... plugged directly into the back of the modem.
They called me back about an hour later and said that line one works with the
phone system but lines 2, 3, 4,do not yet they claim that these lines DO work
with a single line phone plugged in directly.
Is there any programming on a per line basis that might be affecting the Flash
feature for 3-way calling. I could not find any.
The Flash mode is set at 1 and the time is 600 ms which is what they confirmed
was correct.
I have not gone back to test the ports directly yet as I wanted to gather
information as to whether there is anything in programming that I am missing.
