We have an 824 set up as a 6/16. Two of the extensions are in an out
building. All the pairs are connected to Panamax surge protection on both
ends.Whenever we plug extension 16 into one of the out building
extensions,incoming calls are cut off in 2 rings on all phones in the
system. You can dial out and other functions seem to be OK.This occurs even
without a phone connected on the outbuilding side.Plug in any other location
into 16 it is fine. Other extensions work fine on the outbuilding wiring as
well. We have a spare extension,so the system is working.
Anyone else have a similar problem?
It seems to be a KSU related problem? Any insight would be appreciated'
