Exact numbers?  Really! The only way to provide exact numbers is if no one
uses the phone system.

When people use the phone system, standby time will vary according to the
usage.

You could ask the customer for information on the number of incoming calls
to be processed during a power failure, and the minutes each person will be
on the phone.  Also, the number of rings until answered for each extension
would be important. This won't give exact numbers, but will be closer.
